
Israel Rodriguez Rubio is an associate in Dechert’s global finance practice, with a focus on finance and real estate matters. He represents issuers and mortgage loan sellers, including government-sponsored enterprises and financial institutions, in connection with public and private commercial mortgage-backed securitizations.
In addition, Mr. Rodriguez Rubio maintains an active pro bono practice focused on immigration and transactional matters.
