Jay Zagoren concentrates his practice on the structuring and formation of, and investment in, real estate investment funds, partnerships, limited liability companies, joint ventures and other pass-through entities and real estate investment trusts; mortgage finance transactions for institutional lenders; loan workouts; and real estate acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Zagoren also advises funds in connection with their investment activities, insurance companies with respect to their real estate investment activities, and foreign and domestic institutional investors with respect to investing in funds. He is a recommended lawyer for Real Estate in The Legal 500 (U.S.) and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America for his work in real estate law.
Mr. Zagoren speaks and writes on real estate investment topics, and co-authored a treatise and practice manual on Pennsylvania limited liability companies.
