Dechert’s Irish Private Funds team would be delighted if you could join Dechert lawyers Carol Widger, Craig Borthwick, Jeff Mackey, Mark Dillon and Dan Morrissey for an invite only roundtable focusing on Private Funds in Ireland on 3 May 2023, followed by drinks and canapés.
In addition to discussing fund structuring, the roundtable will delve into the use of Irish fund structures for particular asset classes, consider practical issues and anticipated developments in the Irish private funds space, and discuss distributing your Irish private funds in Europe.
Questions are welcome at the roundtable, which will be under Chatham House Rules.
