Dechert is proudly sponsoring SuperReturn International 2025, the world's largest private capital event, which takes place in Berlin from 2-6 June.
The event brings together leading firms and senior industry professionals to network and discuss the latest investment opportunities, trends, challenges and projections in private equity and private credit during 2025 and beyond.
Anthony Lombardi, a partner in Dechert's corporate and securities group, will moderate a panel titled “Fund finance: assessing the ascendency of NAV and sub lines in private credit” and will be joined by expert industry speakers from Apollo, Arcmont Asset Management, Carlyle AlpInvest and Partners Capital to discuss the primary drivers behind the growing interest in NAV finance among private credit investors, the role of NAV finance in supporting investor distributions, as well as examine subscription lines and capital call facilities.
