Dechert LLP advised Resource Label Group, LLC, a leading manufacturer of pressure sensitive labels, in its acquisition of LithoFlexo Grafics, Inc., a manufacturer and design firm based in Salt Lake City, Utah, that provides an extensive offering of custom label, shrink sleeve and flexible packaging solutions for the medical/pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, beverage and consumer product segments. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
