Resource Label Group Acquires Best Label

Dechert LLP advised Resource Label Group, LLC (“Resource Label”), a full-service provider of pressure sensitive label, shrink sleeve and RFID/NFC technology for the packaging industry, in connection with its acquisition of Best Label, allowing the company to broaden its west coast presence and leading position in the label and packaging industry.
Best Label represents the fourth acquisition in recent months for Resource Label, a portfolio company of First Atlantic Capital, a New York-based private investment firm, and TPG Growth, the middle market and growth equity investment platform of TPG.
