Court Square Capital Partners Acquires Data Blue

Dechert LLP acted as legal advisor to Court Square Capital Partners on its acquisition of Data Blue from Platinum Equity, The Gores Group and certain members of management. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Data Blue is a provider of customized infrastructure, cloud architecture and virtualized solutions to enterprise customers in North America. Court Square is a middle market private equity firm with US$6.2 billion of assets under management.
