Dechert Advises WhiteHorse Finance, Inc. on $40.0 Million Notes Offering

Dechert advised WhiteHorse Finance, Inc. in the private offering of $40.0 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.375% Notes due 2025. The notes were offered only to qualified institutional buyers in reliance on Section 4(a)(2) of the Securities Act. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to refinance and/or redeem existing debt and/or for general corporate purposes.
