Dechert Advises Diamonds Direct USA on its US$490 Million Acquisition by Signet Jewelers

Dechert is advising Diamonds Direct USA in its agreement to be acquired by Signet Jewelers, the world's largest retailer of diamond jewelry. The US$490 million transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2022, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approval.

Diamonds Direct is a direct-to-consumer destination retailer headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina.
