Dechert Advises Vestiaire Collective in Its Acquisition of Tradesy

Dechert is advising Vestiaire Collective S.A. in its acquisition of Tradesy, Inc., a leading peer-to peer resale platform for luxury fashion in the United States. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Vestiaire Collective is a leading global online marketplace for desirable pre-loved fashion with offices in Paris, New York, Hong Kong, Seoul, Singapore and a tech hub in Berlin.
Dechert previously advised Vestiaire Collective in September 2021 on its €178 million fundraising backed by SoftBank Vision Fund 2 and Generation Investment Management; March 2021 on its €178 million financing round; in 2020 on its €59 million financing round backed by Kerin and Tiger Global Management; and in 2019 on its €40 million funding round led by French national investment bank Bpifrance and Lazada founder Max Bittner as the new CEO of Vestiaire Collective.
