Dechert Represents Stifel in Joint Venture With Korea Investment & Securities

Dechert LLP announced that it represented Stifel Financial Corp. in the formation of a substantial leveraged lending joint venture and strategic collaboration with Korea Investment & Securities Co., Ltd (KIS).

Earlier this year, Dechert also advised Stifel and Eaton Partners, a Stifel company, on the launch of Twelve Degrees with RCP Advisors, a subsidiary of P10, Inc. and a strategic collaboration with LFE Capital.

Stifel is an international full-service investment bank based in the United States.

KIS is one of the largest securities firms in Korea.
