Dechert Advises Deutsche Beteiligungs AG on Sale of in-tech

Dechert LLP advised funds advised by Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG) on the successful sale of in-tech, a technology company focused on software development, testing and validation, to Infosys, a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.

Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Garching, Germany, in-tech, is one of the fastest growing engineering R&D services providers that shapes digitization in the automotive, rail transport and smart industry sectors. in-tech develops solutions in e-mobility, connected and autonomous driving, electric vehicles, off-road vehicles and railroad. in-tech brings to Infosys an extensive industry expertise with a multidisciplinary team of 2,200 people across locations in Germany, Austria, China, the UK, the Czech Republic, India, Spain and Romania. Completion is subject to approval by the authorities.

DBAG has been listed since 1985 and is one of the most renowned private equity firms in Germany. As an investor and fund advisor, DBAG traditionally focuses on mid-market companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (the DACH region), and especially on well-positioned companies offering growth potential.
