Dechert Advises Grant Thornton Luxembourg on Acquisition by Grant Thornton Advisors LLC

Dechert advised Grant Thornton Luxembourg on its acquisition by a consortium led by New Mountain Capital and integration into New Mountain Capital’s Grant Thornton platform.

This acquisition expands Grant Thornton’s multinational platform by adding Grant Thornton Luxembourg, Grant Thornton UAE and Grant Thornton (Cayman), creating a unified five‑firm platform that offers broader capabilities to a growing client base, enhances advisory and tax services, strengthens independent audit and assurance and increases the group’s presence in leading financial centers with combined expertise across banking, asset management, insurance and energy.
