Dechert Advises Resource Label Group on Taylor Made Labels Acquisition

Dechert LLP advised Resource Label Group, LLC, a leading manufacturer of pressure sensitive labels, in its acquisition of Taylor Made Labels, Inc., a premier pressure sensitive label manufacturer and design firm with flexographic and digital printing capabilities focused on the food, fresh produce, wine and beverage market segments. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
