Dechert advised Medbio Intermediate Holding LLC in its acquisition of Polymer Conversions, Inc., a full-service medical device contract manufacturer that specializes in complex thermoplastic injection molding and value-add assembly.
Medbio, a portfolio company of Graham Partners, is a contract manufacturer specializing in clean room injection molding and assembly for the medical and biotechnology industries.
