Dechert Advises Ridgemont Equity Partners in its Acquisition of Agape Care Company

Dechert advised Ridgemont Equity Partners in its acquisition of Agape Care Group, a leading provider of hospice and palliative care in the Southeast US. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Ridgemont Equity Partners is a middle market buyout and growth equity investor. The firm focuses on equity investments up to US$250 million in industries including business and industrial services, energy, healthcare, and technology communications.
