Dechert Advises ARTUS on the Acquisition of Hestia

Dechert LLP advised ARTUS, a portfolio company of Castik Capital, on the acquisition of Hestia. ARTUS has acquired a majority stake from the previous shareholders of Hestia. The management team of Hestia and its group companies will also become shareholders in the combined group.

Hestia is a national group of companies in the field of water and fire damage restoration based in Germany.

ARTUS is one of Germany’s leading damage repairers, covering fire, water and elementary damages and offers complete solutions for the entire restoration process.

Castik Capital is a Luxembourg-based multi-strategy private equity firm that acquires significant stakes in European private and public companies, creating active partnerships with management teams and achieving sustainable success through long-term investments.
