Dechert advised Horizon Technology Finance Corporation (NASDAQ: HRZN) (the Company) in its definitive agreement with Monroe Capital LLC, for Monroe Capital to acquire Horizon Technology Finance Management LLC, the investment adviser to the Company. The agreement is subject to stockholder approval and closing.
