Dechert advised Graham Partners and its portfolio company, Commercial Bakeries, on the acquisition of Partners, a Tasteful Choice Company, a manufacturer of premium crackers and specialty baked snacks.

The acquisition expands Commercial Bakeries’ manufacturing capabilities and product portfolio, adding premium crackers and specialty baked snacks to its offerings and strengthening its position in the North American snack market.
