Dechert advised TAIT, a global leader in concert staging and live events, on its acquisition of Emmy Award-winning production studio and creative agency, Silent House Group.
The partnership will allow TAIT and Silent House Group to unify their creative, technical and delivery capabilities to build touring, experiential and broadcast productions at any scale.
