Dechert Advises ING Bank N.V. in the Financing of the Acquisition of a Logistics Portfolio

Dechert advised ING Bank N.V. in connection with the financing of the acquisition of eleven logistics platforms, located in the Paris region and near other major regional cities: Lyon, Bordeaux, Clermont-Ferrand, Nîmes, Strasbourg, Tours, Lille and Amiens.
The real estate portfolio was acquired by Hines in a sale and leaseback transaction, through its fund Hines European Value Fund 2 (HEVF 2), from Auchan Retail France who will remain a tenant and continue to use the locations for its logistics activities. This is the first investment made in France by the HEVF 2 fund.
