Dechert Advises Dellen Group on Integration of DITCON in Germany

Dechert advised Groupe Factoria, a portfolio company of Dellen Group (Dellen), on its integration of DITCON, a provider of IT services in Germany. The transaction continues Dellen’s recent expansion in the European market.

Dellen is a French private equity/family office pursuing a buy-and-build-strategy across various business sectors. The integration with DITCON involves the acquisition of a majority stake of the shares in GFC Management- und Beteiligungs GmbH, the holding of a group of German companies active in the IT sector (hardware, software and related services).

Formerly Groupe Baelen, Dellen has long been a Dechert client. Our German team regularly advises them on acquisitions and portfolio advice in Germany.
